Founder of Yacht Mamas, Chelsea is the ultimate yacht-mama! Chelsea has managed a thriving yacht restoration business, Woodward Yachts, since 2015, and before that worked aboard various sailing yachts as both charter crew and for regular maintenance and upkeep. She also manages several yachts in Hawaii, and is now completing her list of eclectic talents by connecting people through yacht sales! You need repairs on your boat? You need a yacht manager? Looking to buy or sell? This mama does it all, and she does it with her 2-year-old daughter by her side! Who ever thought having a family would slow down a woman in the marine industry never met Chelsea.

An island girl turned sailor, Teares background in surfing and beach life led her to a career in the marine industry. She considers herself more of a cruiser than anything, but she has also worked in the marine maintenance and restoration sector and worked as a USCG licensed boat captain for a dive company in Hawaii. In 2019, she gave birth to her son and since has taken a more managerial role within the industry. Now based out of French Polynesia, Teare is always eager to help people find their dream boats or help sellers find the right buyers, and in paradise nonetheless!
